210 SE Main Street has a unique history in Grimes. It began as the first Bankers Trust location and was the site of Des Moines' first bank robbery in the 1920s. After closing during the Great Depression, it became Country Clip Joint Salon in the 1980s. We purchased and renovated it in 2023, and it’s now home to our real estate office—where history meets a fresh start.
