Dustin Kupka
Dustin grew up in the small town of Montour, Iowa, where he learned early on the value of hard work and treating people right. His mom owned a salon, his dad ran a construction business, and together they showed him how to build something meaningful from the ground up.
After graduating from Simpson College, Dustin spent over 17 years in hospitality leadership and business development. Behind the scenes, he and his wife Allison were quietly building something of their own — flipping homes, growing a rental portfolio, learning the market, and turning a passion for real estate into a full-time business.
Now a full-time agent and co-founder of Kupka Real Estate, Dustin was named the #1 agent in Grimes for both 2023 and 2024 by RateMyAgent. He and his team have earned the REMAX Platinum Club Award in both years and were recognized with the REMAX Hall of Fame Award in 2024. Dustin is known for being knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and genuinely committed to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and clarity.
When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him cheering on his kids at their activities, coaching, making another trip to Menards, or (if he's lucky) sneaking in a round of golf. He lives in Grimes with Allison and their three kids — and he's always just a message away if you're ready to talk real estate.
Allison Kupka
Long before it became her full-time career, Allison bought her first home—a charming Beaverdale bungalow with hardwood floors, arched doorways, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace—and unknowingly took her first step into a future she’d come to love.
After graduating from college, she began her career in public health and education. But over time—and through countless late-night dream sessions with her husband, Dustin—she felt a growing pull toward real estate. Together, they’ve flipped homes, built a portfolio of rental properties, and created a family-run business focused on guiding people through one of life’s biggest milestones.
As the client experience coordinator, Allison’s superpower is helping others and creating meaningful experiences. She thrives on making people feel seen, supported, and cared for—whether she’s guiding clients through a move or helping them find the perfect place to call home.
She lives in Grimes with Dustin, their three amazing kids, and the most spoiled dog around. When she’s not managing timelines or prepping closing gifts, you’ll find her cheering on her kids, planning the next family get-together, or curled up with a good book.

Rachel Wallace
I'm Rachel - a licensed Realtor in the state of Iowa and Interior Designer. I have lived in Iowa all of my life. I currently live in Grimes with my husband, Brad, and our two children, Liam (16) and Leilah (12). We also have a wonderful 5-year-old rescue dog named Wally and a 3-year-old rescue dog named Barkley.
I graduated with a BFA in Interior Design from Iowa State in 2005. I then worked as a DJ at Pulse 101.7FM for just under 10 years before pursuing the flipping industry with my ultra-talented husband. We had been flipping houses for a few years when my husband suggested that I get my real estate license to assist in our efforts. During the licensing process, however, I realized how much I would enjoy working with clients to help them with such important life stages and decided to focus on my new endeavor full-time.
With a degree in Interior Design, I can provide an aspect of realty that is unique and integrates effortlessly.

Lauryn Peitzman
Hi, I'm Lauryn Peitzman!
I grew up working in my family’s real estate business, so real estate has always been second nature to me. I graduated early from Dallas Center-Grimes High School in January 2022 while dual-enrolled in college, and I earned my Associate’s degree in Marketing in May 2023.
After graduation, I completed a marketing internship with RE/MAX Precision’s corporate office, where I helped realtors create marketing materials, manage events, and support various marketing initiatives. It was during this time, in October 2023, that I was introduced to Dustin and Allison.
I went on to work for the Kupka Real Estate Team, gaining hands-on experience in marketing, administrative support, accounting, and assisting with day-to-day operations. In 2025, I earned my real estate license and now work full-time helping clients buy and sell homes.
With a lifelong background in real estate, professional marketing experience, and a passion for helping people, I am excited to put my knowledge and energy to work for you!
